Brand: pastry pride or dream whip.<br /><br />Or, I've also seen recipes for stabilized whipped cream (with Gelatin). I'm just wondering, with the whipped cream frosting, some Asian bakeries frost the cake with some type of whipped cream - it's much denser than the plain whipped cream in this recipe.
