Cinemon Girl who picked the Toasted-Coconut Custard Tart on pages 344 and 345. Thank you Beryl for picking something I wouldn't normally pick on my own and for pushing me out of my baking comfort zone.
For once I didn't change a thing about the recipe. I followed all the directions and ingredients to a T. If you like coconut cream pies, you won't be disappointed by this tart.

ReplyDeleteUm Tia, I wish I had a spoon. I would just dig right in. Looks scrumptious! Love stepping out and doing a recipe that is a less favorite choice too.
