TWD: Cornmeal Shortbread



This recipe was chosen by Valerie of Une Gamine dans la Cuisine. Valerie is a sweet blogger and her TWD choice was a hit at our house. Super crunchy and super tasty. Thanks for this great pick - a slight twist on a classic cookie.

    Ah, now I see your round shortbread I remeber I have a heart-shaped shortbread-mold... Hm, seems poor me has to do these wonderful recipe again, soon :o]

    Gosh, I have a shortbread pan that I could have used had I thought about it! I love shortbread baked in a round.

    I love the traditional shape of your shortbread, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'll definitely have to give this one another try. But first, that oatmeal chocolate chip cake looks very tempting...
